THE LONGEST JOURNEY BEGINS WITH ONE STEP - TAKE A DOG WITH YOU!
Vast numbers of stray animals need loving forever homes! Bully Baby Rescue connects communities with animal over population issues to communities desiring pets, providing a win/win for both humans and animals. In addition, we provide lifesaving care to homeless animals (like little Koa pictured here).
BBR has a team in St Croix US Virgin Island working diligently to rescue and transport adoptable dogs to the US with NY based partner Pet Rescue. We are also working hard to promote animal welfare behaviors and care for local homeless pet populations.
Native American Reservations have a significant dog & cat over population problem, with reportedly over 250,000 stray animals in the SW alone. Exact number of stray animals are not monitored and are the consequence of the poor socio-economic resources in the area. In addition, unwanted animals from nearby towns get abandoned on reservations. BBR partners with Underdog Rescue and Hannah the Pet Society to provide spay/neuter clinics, to assist with population management, as well as rescue unowned animals, finding forever homes.
