It is with profound sadness that we report the loss of our volunteer veterinarian and dear friend Dr. Carole Jones. We had hoped that her lack of response to our invitation to this month's clinic was due to a full and happy life. Sadly, that is not the case. Dr. Carole passed away unexpectedly on March 5, 2014.

Please keep her family in your prayers. Hug your pets a little tighter in honor of her dogs Barnaby Jones, Shirlee Jones, and Kokoro who are now without their human mom. Her family asked that any donation in her name be made to:

"Bully" Dogs Are Made Not Born

Bully Baby Rescue's mission is to promote awareness and restore the reputation of the so-called “Bully Breed Dogs” such as the Pit Bull Terrier and other breeds often mis-labeled as aggressive, like the Rottweiler and the German Shepherd. These dogs can be wonderful family dogs, very trainable, loyal and smart. Our goal is to keep these wonderful dogs out of the shelters and place them into safe homes.

Our focus is to change the reputation of these dogs one dog at a time by:
- Training Dogs
- Educating Humans
- Foster Programs
- Adoption Services
- Sponsoring Affordable Spay/Neuter Clinics
It is our ultimate goal to find loving homes for these “Bully Babies” keeping them out of shelters and safe from euthanasia.
